What currencies can I sell tickets in?
We currently allow you to sell tickets in the standard currencies for Australia, Canada, and the United States.
How will I get paid?
We pay you directly to your bank account! This applies to all accounts in Australia, Canada, and the United States.
Who processes my payments?
We do! Rather than use a third-party merchant like Paypal or Auth.net, we securely manage and pay you for your ticket sales using Stripe, an industry-leading payment processor. That way, you can have confidence your transactions are super secure and skip the extra fees of using additional payment processors!
How secure are my payments?
TicketLeap is built on an enterprise ticketing platform and uses Stripe to process payments, both of which have achieved PCI-DSS 3.2.1 Level 1 – the highest level of data protection recognised by the credit card industry! So rest assured, your personal banking and attendees’ purchase information are super secure.
What’s the most my ticket buyers will have to pay in ticketing fees?
